What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Because our Distribution centers are located right here in the U.S. and are spread across the country, We are able to give customers an affordable delivery in the $5-$30 range depending on the items ordered. But rest assured your price + shipping will always be better than the competitor!

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our online store is outfitted with the most advanced and modern payment gateways on the web. We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can even pay with your PayPal Business account.

How long will delivery take?

Thanks to our vast network of distribution centers placed in strategic locations around the country you can often expect orders to arrive within 1-3 days, but allow up to 10 days for larger orders.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is 100% safe on our website. We have the most advanced encryption softwares protecting your personal information and payment informations. Our site site has never been breached before and our cyber security team intends to keep it that way.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When you make an order on our online store it takes up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed and confirmed. Once that’s in, your order will be sent to our distribution department where they will arrange delivery of your supplies. Small orders will ship through retail shippers such as Fedex and UPS depending on your location while orders of larger equipment will be delivered to your business by Medline Delivery Trucks

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as you make an order you will receive an email to the address you provide at checkout containing your Invoice and information about your order.
