Because our suppliers distribution centers are located right here in the U.S. and are spread across the country, We are able to give customers an affordable shipping price of $12.95 per order, no matter how large the order or how heavy the items.

Our online store is outfitted with the most advanced and modern payment gateways on the web. We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can even pay with your PayPal Business account.

How long will delivery take?

Our suppliers operate a vast network of distribution centers placed in strategic locations around the country. With our shipping system designed by the post experienced logistics experts, you can often expect orders to arrive within 1-3 days, but we ask that you allow up to 10 days for larger orders and specialty items.

How secure is the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is 100% safe on our website. We have the most advanced encryption softwares protecting your personal data and payment informations. Our site site has never been breached before and our cyber security team works diligently to keep it that way.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When you make an order on our online store it takes up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed and confirmed. Once that’s done, your order will be sent to our shipping department where they will arrange delivery of your supplies. Small orders will ship through retail shipping agencies such as Fedex and UPS depending on your location while larger equipment will be delivered to your business by delivery trucks from our partner Medline Industries.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as you make an order you will receive an email to the address you provide at checkout. The email will contain your Invoice and the respective shipping information for your order.
